About

Émilie Baronnat, energy practitionerin Grenoble: my pathand my approach

What I offer is not a ready-made answer, but a space where you can finally hear your own — and leave with something concrete for what comes next.

My path

My first career was as an art director. I loved the precision, the high standards, the pursuit of the right idea, and the process of giving shape to a vision. I spent a long time in that world, until I felt that the pace and demands of that professional life no longer aligned with who I was.

For years I believed the answer was to organise myself better. I learned later that it was not a question of method: my body was saying something I refused to hear, and it said it louder and louder.

REMPLACE THIS ITEM

Being signed off work forced me to sit down. That is where, with no project and no retraining plan, I began to take an interest in what circulates — or no longer circulates — in a life and in a body.

“my sensitivity, which I had long treated as a burden, could become a precious resource”

I began my training out of curiosity, driven by a desire to gain a different understanding of what unfolds within us. I initially turned to emotional release and kinesiology—approaches that allowed me to explore the connection between the body, emotions, and our life experiences. Then, through various training courses and encounters, energy-based approaches naturally became part of my journey. Massage came later, offering another way to connect with and support the body.

There were difficult months, and a conviction that settled in quietly: what I had been through was not a detour, it was the very material of what I was going to do.

“there are often more paths than the ones we think we can see when everything seems to be falling apart”

Today I see people in Grenoble and remotely. I work in particular with women affected by breast cancer and with people who have lived through trauma: paths where trust in the body has been damaged and rebuilds slowly, at their own pace, with nothing forced.

hand is showing light

I do not claim to repair anything in your place. I simply believe that an outside view, steady and honest, often lets you find again the direction you already knew.

How I work

An approach built on listening and autonomy

I do not work from protocols, but with whatever is there on the day. I listen, I sense, I give you back what I perceive — and you are the one who decides what speaks to you. My aim is not that you come back, but that you leave more autonomous.

Presence

Undivided attention, no phone, no diary running in the back of my mind.

Authenticity

I tell you what I perceive, even when it is not what either of us hoped to hear.

Responsibility

A clear frame, firm boundaries, and never a promise of healing.

Kindness

No judgement on what you are going through, nor on how long it takes.

To understand each method better

Six tools, never an end in themselves — only different ways of listening to the same person.

Ayurvedic massage

A warm-oil massage, slow and enveloping, that follows the logic of the doshas rather than a fixed protocol. It settles the nervous system and gets vital energy moving again — often the best starting point when the mind will not stop turning.

Single-event trauma work

An approach for isolated shocks — an accident, a diagnosis, an operation. You do not relive the event: we defuse the charge that stayed attached to it, step by step and always at your pace.

Access Consciousness — Access Bars®

A very light touch on thirty-two points of the head. Most people describe a deep letting-go, as though their thoughts stopped repeating themselves for a while.

MTVSS® specialisation

Focused work on scar tissue, cellular memory and the lymphatic system. It often accompanies the aftermath of surgery or of treatment, alongside — never instead of — medical care.

The PEC® method

A protocol for releasing beliefs and repeating patterns: identifying the sentence you have been telling yourself for years, understanding where it came from, and stopping carrying it as a truth.

Reiki

A laying on of hands, still and silent, that soothes and brings movement back where energy has stalled. It is the simplest method to receive, and often the first one I offer remotely.

Every path is its own.
