Giving yourself time to come back to yourself
Our lives are so full of obligations, demands and expectations that they gradually take us away from what matters.
“A holistic retreat is an invitation to slow down.”
You hold on. You organise. You put off the moment of stopping, because there is never a good time — and then one day the tiredness is no longer only physical.
Two days and two nights in the mountains, far from screens and obligations, in a small group where nobody has anything to prove. The programme deliberately leaves room for silence and for walking.
You need no practice, no ability to meditate, not even a reason for coming. Agreeing to slow down for a few days is enough.
A complete experience
An experience that engages the whole person
- Physical
- Emotional
- Mental
- Energetic
- Spiritual
That is why the programme alternates walking, treatments, time to speak, bodywork and long stretches with nothing planned at all.
Everyone takes what suits them: nothing is compulsory, and stepping out of an activity is as much part of the path as taking part in it.
Why take part in a retreat?
Many arrive in a time of transition, of questioning or of emotional exhaustion. No one has to explain why they are there: the retreat works just as well for those who want to talk as for those who would rather stay quiet.
Because it can be hard to hear your own inner voice when the noise of daily life takes up all the room.
Because some stages of life need a pause if they are to be fully lived through.
Because all of us need, at certain moments, to reconnect with what gives our life meaning.

A pause in which to find yourself again
You sleep better from the second night. You eat slowly. You catch yourself no longer checking the time, then no longer reaching for your phone.
What the mountain does at that moment, no method replaces: it puts everything back to its true proportion.
What you might take home
What stays with you afterwards
Far more than a memory, or a few days away from ordinary life.
Sleep that comes back, often from the second night, and holds for several weeks after you return.
A truer way of saying no, because you have heard again what drains you and what feeds you.
Simple tools — breath, grounding, writing — that you can pick up again on your own, with no equipment and no preparation.
Clarity on a decision you had been putting off, sometimes for months, and which becomes obvious once the noise is taken away.
Encounters of a rare quality. You share a room, meals and a few silences with people you did not know the day before, and in two days a trust forms that takes months elsewhere.
A restored bond with nature. Walking for two days among the beech trees of the Vercors, in the cold and the mist, returns the body to a scale no indoor room can give — and that stays with you long afterwards.
Proof that you can step outside your comfort zone without putting yourself at risk. Coming alone, sleeping in a shared room, taking part in a talking circle: many dread those three things and leave saying that is exactly where something shifted.
And sometimes a deeper change, whose scale you only measure weeks later, when you notice you no longer react the same way to the same situations.
Beyond the activities on offer, many leave with the feeling of having lived a profoundly human experience.

€450I went on my own, a little worried about the shared room, and it became the best memory of my year. Émilie and Nathalie held the space with great gentleness, and I found a calm I thought I had lost.
