Éclat de Lune, Beneath the gentle glow of the moon, a space for healing and connection has come to life. Here, words are set free through EFT, memories find peace through hypnosis, and energy flows once more in the dance of energy healing. I guide women through sacred circles and wellness retreats—luminous sanctuaries where we reconnect with ourselves, heal, and celebrate. My path has also led me to parental guidance, offering families a breath of confidence, tenderness, and grounding. Éclat de Lune is a journey inward—an invitation to listen to your heart, awaken your inner light, and let it shine out into the world.

From Grenoble and across the globe, I support men and women navigating a pivotal moment in their lives—whether it involves burnout, separation, a major life event, bereavement, a loss of bearings, a life transition, or rebuilding after illness. Every engagement begins with a conversation. I offer you a space to step back, articulate what is unfolding within you, and regain your clarity—so you can move forward with a fresh perspective, a sense of direction, and concrete steps to take.

Frequently asked questions
What does a typical day look like ?
Nothing is compulsory. The morning opens in silence for those who want it, then comes a time of practice and a shared meal. The afternoon alternates group treatment, walking in the forest and long free stretches. The evening closes with a short circle, where you put down whatever comes.
I am coming on my own — is that a problem ?
That is true of almost everyone who comes. The group forms on site, and no one arrives knowing anybody. Coming alone is often simpler: you owe nothing to anyone, and you can step away whenever you need to.
How are the rooms arranged ?
Accommodation is in a shared room: single beds and one double, in a family-sized chalet. There is no private room, and this is the question that gives people the most pause — tell me before you book and we will work out together whether the setting suits you. Bed linen and towels are provided.
What happens if I have to cancel ?
The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be carried over to a later retreat if you let me know at least thirty days beforehand. If something happens at the last minute, write to me: we will find a way through it together. Ask the question
